The University of Montana - Bozeman has their "M" up on this mountain. There is a large sign and hiking trail up to the "M". We were really surprised to see all the cars parked at the trailhead up to the "M."
We headed north up to the Bridger Bowl ski area in hopes that maybe they would have a lift open so we could take a ride up the hill, unfortunately, it was all closed down for the season.
There was still some snow up here but not enough to keep the place open and running.

The mountains are just so beautiful with snow capping the peaks.
The area is really beautiful but since I am a self-proclaimed "wimp", I couldn't handle the winter seasons here. They are just too cold and long.
