Runestone Museum of Douglas County, Minnesota

This is an example of the Bead work of the Ojibway Indians, they learned the flower designs from the Europeans when they lived near the St. Lawrence River.
More Native American artifacts, here we have some ceremonial pipes used by the men of the tribes.
Some more flower designed bead work.
Artifacts showing some of their everyday utensils.
This dress has bells hanging on it, Jo called it the Bell Dress, it is a very pretty dress, but one could not sneak up on anybody wearing it.
This is a fish trap, my guess they did not have hooks, so they used nets to catch their fish.
