Deadwood Parade

We spent the whole day in Deadwood, watched the parade, which was a lot of fun and in my opinion a very good parade, then we went to the Rodeo that evening.
This is the second time we have seen this group of ladies perform. We saw them up at the Nevada City Draft Horse competion last year. They are really good and we will see them perform at the Rodeo.
The riding part of their show is breathtaking.
The Chief is 92 years old, he was a crowd favorite, the locals said it was an honor to have him in the parade.
 A little bit of history
The pony was not the only animal that hesitated at this point in the road where the road surface changed to brick, he finally crossed when mom got down the road a little bit.
I was impressed with how such good shape the wagons where in
This wagon was from Saloon # 10 an old brothel
They had this stage coach loaded to the max
 A Large stage Coach
 A very nice carriage
 Another nice carriage
A young cowgirl and cowboy, they start them young riding horses.
I do mean young, she still had a pacifier in her mouth
 Ye old bath house
Could not pass this up, could you have?
This Hearse was matched with a white team, pretty neat
Yes he is riding the wheel all the way around.
Must have at least one old car in a parade, there were two in this one.
Had to show a small wagon
