Antelope Island Resident Critters

These guys/girls were hanging around the beach huts waiting for people; also, they have a really good view of the area from up there

Appears that they've been eating quite regularly wouldn't you say?

This critter was taking a break (really pretty markings don't  you think?)

As you can see the antelope blend into the landscape quite easily. You really have to look hard to spot them sometimes. This one kept his eye on us as we took his picture.

The antelope's white behind helps us locate them

This one's just grazing in the grass

This one appears to be on a mission going somewhere
See what I mean about the white behind? The dark shadows to the near left and right are buffalo lying down

We also saw a mother antelope with her little one trotting behind her but they were going so fast I couldn't get a picture. Plus the baby was so small you could just barely see him/her.

This antelope is going to catch up with friends on the other side of the road.

He's/She's off, not in too much of a hurry, just trotting across the road

We just stopped and watched, really nice to see these wild creatures

He/She is greeted by friends on the other side of the road.
